Manager, Sales & Business Development

Responsibilities

  • Drive New Sales from prospective clients

  • Execute a transactional sales cycle

  • Sell CPA By Choice services and products

  • Engage clients to uncover and close growth opportunities

  • Prioritize and maintain active pipeline of opportunities

  • Engage prospects to ensure key sales objectives are met

  • Drive internal lead management oversight

  • Support prospecting and lead generation efforts

  • Educate clients on relevant tools and resources and respond to client inquiries

  • Manage marketing and trade show events

  • Maintain detailed client databases and prospecting lists

  • Coordinate mass client distributions and communications

 

Relevant Skills

  • 1 - 3 years of B2B sales or relevant experience

  • Bachelor Degree preferred

  • Cold calling and acquisition experience

  • Ability to work independently in a field environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Highly motivated and willingness to assume accountability for generating new business

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and work effectively across internal teams

  • High level of professionalism and business acumen

  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required

  • Aero Workflow experience preferred

Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

  • Senior experience in building schedules, processes and reconciliations

  • Maintain general ledgers for various partnerships

  • Oversees the day-to-day accounting activities for multiple projects

  • Improve accounts payable work flow effectiveness

  • Apply analytical skills and professional judgment while analyzing and reviewing complex transactions

  • Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications; including review procedures over journal entries prepared by team members

  • Respond to financial inquiries of operational management providing requested information for management of multiple organizations

  • Ensure books and records are kept in accordance with required accounting standards

 

Relevant Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience in accounting

  • Bachelors in accounting or related field

  • Master’s degree a plus

  • CPA license strongly preferred

  • Strong proficiency in bookkeeping software

  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
